Our style of Karate promotes SAFE and healthy ZEROA-CONTACT training methods in most of our classes. As such, we teach KATA SOLO exercises and basic fundamental techniques "KIHON" that do not require ANY contact whatsoever. Our students train safely in groups and have amazing home practice opportunities to sharpen their individual skills.
