Our style of Karate promotes a healthy mind along with a healthy body, as such, not only do we offer a full range of training types like partner drills and pad-work, we also practice SAFE CONTACT training methods in many of our classes. KATA and SOLO exercises along with fundamental techniques "KIHON" that do not require ANY contact whatsoever are a major staple in our classes. Our students able train safely in groups and have amazing home practice opportunities to sharpen their individual skills, unlike martial arts that can only be practiced in partner form.
