In our beginner kids karate classes in we focus on strengthening their

A variety of drills are used to increase focus, Listening skills and a positive mental attitude. 
Our high energy classes are full of excitement. It’s a fact that children need to stay motivated and consistent in order to learn the value of dedication and self discipline, so our curriculum is designed to be fun and exciting yet physically challenging with a more active and practical approach to martial arts training.​

CUBS: Kids Karate 9 - 11 yrs.
Once younger students become more familiar with their Karate training they need a more active and practical approach to martial arts at a more technical level. Our upbeat and fun curriculum gives them exactly what they need while challenging every student to reach for their best individual potential.

At this age they possess the ability to concentrate longer and absorb more, so our approach is different than that of the our younger age group classes. 

​This entails more emphasis on discipline, concentration and coordination.​

CADETS:  Teens Karate 12 - 17 yrs.
In our Kids & Teens classes we focus on strengthening their Concentration, Co-ordination and Confidence as well as team work and body mechanics. Concurrently, we emphasize Etiquette, Respect, Discipline and Leadership, which are the backbone and spirit of Karate-do training. 

A variety of drills are used to increase focus, listening skills and a positive mental attitude.

 ​In this age group, our classes are high energy, physically challenging and more technical. As younger students mature and become more skilled in their karate training, they begin to understand the body mechanic principles of their training and begin to understand how to apply their techniques in a practical way.

It’s a fact younger students need stay motivated and consistent in order to learn the value of dedication and self discipline. Our curriculum is designed to be fun and exciting, yet physically challenging with a more active and practical approach with SELF DEFENSE as the main premise of our lessons.
